No, our products are chemical free.
What is the shelf life of the products?
6 -12 months unopened.
How long does the samples last?
Our samples are meant to last 1-2 weeks specifically to test our products, to see what works for your skin & hair. It is also small enough to travel or a cute gift.
How much product do I use?
For Lait Natal Cleansing Milk you just need a nickel size amount.
For Body & Face Cleansing Milk you just need a palm size amount.
For Shea Souffle & Shea Souffle with Black Castor Oil you just need a dime size amount for face. For all hair types; thinner the hair & less in density you just need a pea size amount. Warm in your hands completely then apply to hair & scalp. The amount for body is mainly preference.
For L'eau Natal Moisture Mist & GLOW Moisture Mist amount is your preference, no set amount.
For Tommy's Secret Derma Repair Souffle amount is your preference, no set amount for body but enough to fully moisturize if there's an infected area. Pea size amount for the face.
Does the scent last after you apply products?
No it doesn't. Our products doesn't contain any chemicals for it to keep the scent. The scent dissipates into the skin.

ORDERS & SHIPMENT POLICY:
What is the processing & shipping time for orders?
Allow 1-2 business days for processing & 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Please double check your shipping address.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
Once the package is shipped, it is now in the care of USPS. We are not responsible if your package wasn't received or stolen. However, we will do our best to help solve your issue.
Step 1: Please check for a USPS tracking # email from us.
Step 2: If no tracking number email sent, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 3: Received a tracking # email, but package has not been sent, please contact USPS & report your package.
Step 4: Received a tracking # email, tracking tracked that package was delivered but you didn't physically receive the package or that it isn't located in your mailbox? Please contact USPS & file a claim. Online is a hassle to file a claim, please go to your nearest USPS store. Email customer service at email@example.com to request important documentation you need to support your claim.
Do you offer "pick up" orders?
Yes we do, you must pick up your order at the location given. For pick up orders, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. You will also receive a text confirmation from our customer service for a successful order pick up.
What if we wanted a refund on the products?

What if our products are shipped damaged?
We take necessary precautions in securing all orders. Once the package is shipped, it is now in the care of USPS. Please contact USPS customer service & also contact customer service at email@example.com to report damaged/stolen.
